Junior Phoenix
The Junior Phoenix Basketball Program is our competitive, select basketball league.
Girls divisions for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
Boy divisions for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
Practices are usually held two times per week, for 90 minutes each practice, beginning early October and ending mid to late March.
Most games hosted by local high schools on Sundays. Teams typically participate in three to four tournaments which are usually held within the southeastern Wisconsin area.
There is a league fee and players are required to purchase a uniform. The MFYBA supplies each new player with a backpack, shooting shirt and practice jersey.
The number of teams is determined by number of players. Participants must attend tryouts.
Tryouts are held in April for the 3rd-5th grade boys and girls and in September for the 6th-8th grade boys and girls. Please arrive for tryouts for the incoming grade.
